Prepare Offer and Closing Requisition

Once the final candidate has been selected, the next step is to prepare the job offer. The prepared offer is then submitted for approval by relevant stakeholders, such as the HR manager and the approving managers. After the offer is approved, it is sent to the candidate. Once the candidate accepts the offer, the job requisition can be closed.
